摘要
目的 初步探讨行为回放式教学方法在物理诊断学实习教学中的作用.方法 在物理诊断学操作教学阶段,教师指导学生进行规范化的查体训练,同时应用数码摄像机拍摄下学生实际的操作过程.经过对影像素材的整理分析,与学生一起回放观看并发现操作中存在的问题,逐一加以改正.结果 行为回放式教学方法拓宽了物理诊断学教学思路,增加了学生的学习的兴趣,提高了学习效率.学生在物理诊断学操作考试中的取得了较好的成绩,并为今后临床基本技能培训打下坚实基础.结论 行为回放式教学方法在物理诊断学实习教学中获得了满意的效果.
Objective To discuss the effect of replay method in the teaching of Physical diagnostics.Methods In early stage of teaching,all the students received standardized training from the tutor.And the tutor recorded their improper manipulation with a digital video.After being edited,the video was replayed for the students in later stages of teaching.In watching the video,the students were encouraged to find out their own mistakes initiatively and practices we performed with pertinence.Results This teaching method Was accepted with all the students and their studying interest was inspired.The communication between the tutor and students Was also improved.In the examination of basic surgical skills the students' manipulations were accurate and proficient and all gained good scores.Conclusions Replay method had a satisfying effect in the teaching
