我国眼科学教育改革探析 被引量:6

摘要 根据最新资料,本文总结了我国眼科及眼科学教育中存在的问题.当前,我国眼科医师缺乏、分布不均,医院眼科资源结构、技术水平极不平衡,眼科患者多、但眼科经费少、患者就医条件差;而在眼科学教育方面,本科生处于学时不精、用时已忘的状态,研究生教育及继续教育参差不齐、无章可循,非政府组织培训覆盖面小、受益者少.针对这些问题,本文提出我国眼科学教育应当实施如下改革:眼科学本科教育要明确教育目标、优化教学大纲、改进教学方法、采用网络教学与传统教学相结合的模式;要重视眼科学研究生教育和继续教育,城乡医师互助,建立规范的眼科学继续教育网络,加强农村及偏远地区网络建设,对可避免盲疾病进行教育宣传,减小地区间差异;要加强眼科学非政府组织的培训;要建立统一的眼科医师从业标准.通过眼科学教育改革,达到全面提高眼科从业者职业素养,促进眼科学可持续发展的目的. Following the approaching of the third medical education reform,we summarized the problems of Chinese ophthalmology and ophthalmological education,according to the latest data.Lack of ophthalmologists and the distribution of ophthalmologists is unbalanced in China.The ophthalmological resources and professional level is extremely unbalanced in different areas.Abundant patients with lack of funds and poor medical conditions are other conflicts.In addition,the key of the ophthalmological undergraduate education is not outstanding.The graduate and continuing education is uneven and not systematic.The coverage is small and the number of the beneficiaries is limited that trained by non-governmental organizations.The way of the ophthalmological education reform was discussed in this paper,in view of the above questions.Some new concepts and suggests were advanced:improve undergraduate education,emphasis on graduate and continuing education,establish a standard ophthalmological continuing education network,strengthen network construction in rural and remote area,reduce the differences between regions,strengthen non-governmental organizations training,establish a unified standards of practice in ophthalmology,comprehensively enhance the ophthalmic practitioner vocational traits,promote its sustainable development.
