摘要
为提高住院医师培训质量以改善医疗保健质量,美国毕业后医学教育认证委员会近几年对住院医师培训标准和方法进行了更新,确立了基于综合能力的培训认证目标,要求住院医生培训后具备六项核心职业能力。美国各住院医师培训基地积极响应认证委员会的新标准,华盛顿大学医学院全面改革其住院医生培训途径与方式,在教学培训内容、培训活动要求、指导监督制度、考核与评价制度等方面进行了系统改革。本文在系统分析理解的基础上,提出我国在住院医师培训标准与方法方面应采取的借鉴以及改革建议。
To improve the quality of health care by improving the quality of residency training, the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education of USA has renewed the standards and methods of residency training to improve health care,and issued the competence-based training standards. The residents have to achieve six key competences when they finish the training. The University of Washington, School of Medicine, responds to the new requirements and standards by reforming its residency training pathway, enriching formal teaching/training activities, and improving its supervision and the evaluation. We should use for reference reforming the residency training in China.
