摘要
法官受贿的现状形势不容乐观,不乏领导干部,窝案串案突出,犯罪黑数较大。法官受贿的原因可以归结为对法官的物质待遇不满,法官拥有可能滥用之权,对法官裁判的监督缺失,对法官受贿的惩处乏力,一些法官自身素质不高,一些法官存在侥幸心理,行贿法官者的拉拢腐蚀。法官受贿的对策有提高法官的物质待遇,去除法官的行政化模式,加强对法官裁判的监督,增大法官受贿惩处力度,推行法官职业的精英化,健全法官廉政制度建设,堵塞法官受贿犯罪源头。
About the situation of bribery crimes of the judge, we can say it is not optimistic, because some of leading cadres are involved, collective cases are prominent, and the extent of crime is larger. Why do these judges take bribery？ The reason are extensive, such as dissatisfaction with material benefits of the judge, potential abusive power, the lack of supervision on the judge＇s judgment, weak punishment on such crimes, low quality of some judges, fluky mind of some judges, and temptation from bribers. How to counter such crimes？ We suggest the following countermeasures such as improving material treatment of the judge,
