摘要
为了鉴别忍冬属植物不同种质,区分金银花伪品劣品,介绍了鉴定忍冬属植物种质的4种方法,包括形态差异分析法、细胞学分类法、生理生化分析法和分子鉴定法,以及这几种方法在忍冬属植物种质资源鉴定中的特点和应用现状,并对未来忍冬属植物资源鉴定技术的发展方向进行了探讨。
In order to identify the germplasm sources of Lonicera Linn and discriminate fake and interior ＂honeysuckle＂ in the market, multiple methods had been applied in identification of Lonicera germplasm. The characteristics and applications of four kinds of methods were reviewed, including character observation method, cytological method, physiological and biochemical method and molecular identification method, anti development direction of identification technology of Lonicera L. resources was discussed.
