摘要
目的:通过观察金银花13个种质叶的形态、表皮毛长短、密度和气孔器的大小、密度等特征,为不同种质金银花的划分与优良品种选育提供依据.方法:用直尺测量叶片的长、宽,通过电子显微镜观察叶表面非腺毛的长度、密度和气孔器的大小、密度等.结果:不同种质金银花叶片的长、宽及长宽比,非腺毛的长、密度和气孔器的大小、密度等存在差异.结论:金银花叶片的长、宽及长宽比,非腺毛的长、密度和气孔器的大小及密度等,可以作为金银花划分种质的依据.
Objective：to provide theoretical evidence for dividing and breeding cultivars of Lonicera japonica , the botanical character of laminas leaves is observed and compared. Method： using the morphological method ,the main character of leaves of 13farm cultivars of L. japonica are systematically observed and the data are comparatively studis with statistical means. It in- cludes the length ,width and the ratl.o of the length to the width of blade,density and length of the nonglandular hair , density and size of the Stomatal apparatus in the epidermis. Result： the results showed that there were obvious differences in length , width and the ratio of the length to the width of blade , density and length of the nonglandular hair , density and size of the Stomatal apparatus in the epidermis. Conclusion： on the basis of the differences of morphological character of leaves , the various farm cultivars could be identified.
