摘要
目的:通过观察金银花13个种质叶的形态、表皮毛长短、密度和气孔器的大小、密度等特征,为不同种质金银花的划分与优良品种选育提供依据.方法:用直尺测量叶片的长、宽,通过电子显微镜观察叶表面非腺毛的长度、密度和气孔器的大小、密度等.结果:不同种质金银花叶片的长、宽及长宽比,非腺毛的长、密度和气孔器的大小、密度等存在差异.结论:金银花叶片的长、宽及长宽比,非腺毛的长、密度和气孔器的大小及密度等,可以作为金银花划分种质的依据.
Objective:to provide theoretical evidence for dividing and breeding cultivars of Lonicera japonica , the botanical character of laminas leaves is observed and compared. Method: using the morphological method ,the main character of leaves of 13farm cultivars of L. japonica are systematically observed and the data are comparatively studis with statistical means. It in- cludes the length ,width and the ratl.o of the length to the width of blade,density and length of the nonglandular hair , density and size of the Stomatal apparatus in the epidermis. Result: the results showed that there were obvious differences in length , width and the ratio of the length to the width of blade , density and length of the nonglandular hair , density and size of the Stomatal apparatus in the epidermis. Conclusion: on the basis of the differences of morphological character of leaves , the various farm cultivars could be identified.
