摘要
利用基因工程技术将抗真菌的β - 3,3 葡聚糖酶基因和几丁酶基因导入棉花 ,在研究建立不同棉花品种的体细胞培养和微茎尖培养再生植株技术体系基础上 ,采用基因枪法、叶盘法等途径进行遗传转化 ,并通过花粉管通道途径导入目的基因 ,已获多批经卡那霉素筛选的植株 ,经PCR检验 ,已得到阳性结果 。
glucanase and chitinase genes introduced to cotton through gene engineering methods is a new way to breed cotton germplasms and varieties resistant to Verticillium wilt .On the basis of established the technological system of somatic cell and stem nascent tissue cultivation,target genes were introduced to cotton through pollen tube channel using particle bombardment and Agrobacterium tumefaciens mediated genetic transformation,and transgenic plants were obtained through kanamycine screening test.Further PCR test showed that the target genes were integrated to the genome of cotton.
