摘要
对陆地棉无菌苗的微茎尖（０．５～１．０ｍｍ）进行了培养，结果表明，ＭＳ较ＳＨ具较好的成苗效果，活性炭显著地促进了茎尖成苗，不同激素水平对成苗率和苗的发育有不同影响，在使用的碳源中，葡萄糖明显好于蔗糖，光下萌发的幼苗茎尖易于培养成苗，陆地棉茎尖培养在供试品种间没表现出明显差异。
Studies were carried out on the culture of shoot mini-apex of upland cotton (G.hirsutum L.).It showed that MS medium was better than SH medium in plantlet induction.Some factors were testified,such as active charcoal,hormones and glucose,to be useful in promoting apex development.Little difference existed among varieties.The apex from seedling germinated in light was easier than that in dark to develop into plantlets.
