肝纤维化实验动物模型造模方法及应用研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 肝纤维化是肝脏对持续损伤作出的以细胞外基质过度累积为主要特点的一种常见的免疫应答。目前尚无理想的治疗药物或方法,因此研究肝纤维化的发生机制对寻找有效的治疗药物及其方法有重要意义,理想的动物实验模型是上述研究的关键所在。尽管目前有四氯化碳造模法、乙醇造模法及免疫造模法等肝硬化动物模型制备方法,但各法均有其利弊,而理想的、重复性好且适合广泛推广应用的标准模型仍需继续探索。本文对肝纤维化动物模型的研究和应用进展作一综述。 Liver fibrosis (LF) is a kind of abnormal immune response of liver, which is characterized by persistent liver injury and excessive accumulation of collagenous extracellular matrix. Currently there is no an idea drug or treatment for this disease. Therefore, it is important to study the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis for exploiting the effective drugs and therapy, and establishment of the idea animal models is the key point. Though there are different animal models of liver fibrosis induced by the carbon tetrachloride, ethanol and immune method, but a simple, reproducible and standardized model is still need further research. In this article, we will review the recent advancements in the development and application of animal models of LF and highlight the direction for future research.
