摘要 描述了基于修正Kim模型的熔接痕强度定量预测与数值模拟方法,并采用丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)薄壁哑铃形拉伸试件,对算例的数值模拟结果与试验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:采用的模型形式简单,材料参数易于获得;熔接痕强度预测与试验结果吻合较好。 A method of strength prediction and numeric simulation based on the cor- rection model of Kim's diffusion model was given. And taking the thin-wall ABS dumbbell shaped tensile specimen as an example, the numeric simulation results and the experimental results were compared and analyzed. The results show that the model a- dopted is simple. The material parameters are easy to obtain. The numeric simulation results and experimental results are in good agreement.
