摘要 将改性脱硫石膏晶须掺入到水泥中补强增韧水泥石,研究了水泥浆体的凝结时间和水泥石的力学性能、水化产物,分析了改性脱硫石膏增韧补强水泥石的机理。结果表明:改性后的脱硫石膏晶须能稳定存在于水溶液中,但在碱性溶液中,部分参与水化;脱硫石膏晶须对水泥浆体的凝结时间影响不大,脱硫石膏晶须最佳掺量在2%时,28d抗压强度和抗折强度分别为74.6MPa和15.7MPa,较净浆水泥石提高了23.7%和14.6%,7d和28d龄期的粘结强度(1.67MPa和1.78MPa)分别较净浆提高了14.0%和10.6%,120d水泥石的抗冲击功(1240J·m-2)较净浆水泥石提高了21.6%;未水化的脱硫石膏晶须通过裂纹桥接作用提高水泥石的韧性,部分水化的脱硫石膏晶须参与水泥的水化反应生成适量的钙矾石,提高体系的强度。 Modified desulfurization gypsum whisker was used to reinforce and toughen cement stone, and set-ting time of cement slurry, mechanical properties and hydration products of cement stone were studied, the mechanical of reinforcing and toughening cement stone was analyzed. The results showed that modified desulfurization gypsum whisker could not participated in hydration reaction in water, but in alkaline solution, part of whisker did. It had no effect on cement of setting time, when the content of whisker was 2wt. %, the 28-day compressive strength (74. 6 MPa) and flexural strength (15. 7 MPa) of cement stone were increased by 23. 7% and 14. 6%;the 7-day and 28-day shear bond strength were improved by 14. 0% and 10. 6 % ;the 120-day impact energy (1240 J . m-z) was enhanced by 21.6 % compared with the pure; unhydrated whisker toughen cement stone by crack bridging function, and hydrated could take part in reaction to generate AFt to reinforce.
