The alternation of traditional Chinese liquor making process is imminent. According to the actual situation of the enterprise and Luzhou flavor liquor making technology, Yilite Industrial Co., Ltd has carried out the tests and investigation on technical reconstruction of mechanized liquor making process and equipments in more than 30 old workshops. This practice will be of universal significance in the old workshop＇s mechanized reconstruction for liquor making enterprise.
