摘要
分析固溶处理并酸洗和光亮热处理的S32750超级双相不锈钢钢管在FeCl3溶液中的点蚀行为。结果表明,固溶处理并酸洗的钢管表面覆盖了一层完整均匀致密的钝化膜,这层钝化膜有效地抑制了点蚀的发生。而光亮热处理的钢管表面钝化膜存在诸多裂缝、擦伤痕等缺陷,这些有缺陷的地方在腐蚀过程中容易成为阳极活性溶解点,促进活性溶解加速,导致材料局部腐蚀更严重。
The pitting behavior of 32750 super duplex stainless steel pipe aiter solution heat treatment-pickling and bright heat treatment in FeC13 solution was analyzed. The results show that the solution treatment-pickling steel pipe surface has a complete, homogenous and compact passive film, it effectively restraines the pitting corrosion. However, the passive film of bright heat treatment which is on the steel pipe surface has many defects, such as crack and bruise. This defect places easily become anode active dissolution points that promoted active dissolving, the local corrosion is more serious.
