摘要
化工园区一般聚集着石油炼化、石化仓储、精细化工等产业,园内企业众多且相互关联。园区污水主要包括:工艺环节的生产废水,扫线、洗罐等过程的冲洗废水,以及来源于办公区域、大型服务设施中的生活污水等。通过分析化工园区污水特征、综述相关研究进展与处理现状,解析出化工园区污水厂规模难确定、处理工艺难选择、稳定运营风险大等难点,进而采用"点线面结合"与"循环利用"的理念,构建了化工园区污水处理系统的SLP-R(Surface&Lines&Points-Recycling的简称)概念模型,并应用于某化工园区污水处理系统的规划。
The characteristics of wastewater from chemical industrial park were analyzed. The related research and present situation of wastewater treatment in chemical industrial park were described. Then the difficulties of wastewater treatment plant in chemical industrial park were analyzed, such as difficulties in determining scale, choice of treatment process, and to stabilize op- eration. Accordingly, the concept of combining surface & lines & point and recycling were used to design the SLP - R conceptual model of wastewater treatment system in chemical industrial park. The model will be applied in planning of wastewater treatment plant in a chemical industry park.
