运营高速铁路桩-筏复合路基现场注浆减沉试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 随着我国高速铁路建设事业的迅猛发展,越来越多的铁路路基需要建设在软土地基上。由于软土具有含水率高、孔隙比大、压缩性高、透水性差及承载力低等特点,高铁路基在经过一段时间的运营后出现了局部下沉和不均匀变形等问题。为探索合理有效的软土路基加固减沉措施,结合具体的工程实践,开展运营高速铁路桩-筏复合路基下全断面连续注浆和部分地层分层不连续注浆的现场试验,通过对地表变形、土体侧向变形、孔隙水压力的监测分析,得出注浆施工对地层扰动变形规律及其影响范围,在此基础上,为正式的注浆加固设计和施工提出行之有效的建议,并为今后类似的工程提供借鉴和参考。 With the rapid development of high-speed railway construction in China, more and more railway subgrades are constructed on the soft soil foundation. Due to the high moisture content, high void ratio, high compressibility, low permeability and low bearing capacity of soft soil, local subsidence and non-uniform deformation often emerges in railway subgrade after a long period of service. In order to explore the rational and effective reinforcement measures for soft soil subgrade, actual engineering cases were analyzed and field experiments were carried out on pile-raft composite foundation by whole section continuous grouting and part layers discontinuous grouting. Based on the analysis results of ground surface deformation, subsoil lateral deformation and pore water pressure, the stratum disturbance mechanism and its influence range caused by grouting is concluded. These results can provide not only effective recommendations for the design and construction of the later formal grouting reinforcement activities, but also reference for future similar projects.
