摘要
为提高制动蹄生产专机加工效率和加工精度,在SolidWorks中建立其3D模型,利用有限元分析软件进行分析,对改进前、后的两种结构进行静应力和模态分析对比,整机的静、动力学特性均有不同程度的改善,为结构定型提供理论依据。
In order to improve work efficiency and raise working accuracy of the special machine tool for brake shoe, the 3D model of the special machine was established based on SolidWorks, analysis for the machine tool was made based on FEA. The con- trasts for static stress and modal analysis about original structure and optimized structure were done. The static dynamic performances of the optimized machine tool are improved in various degrees. It provides theoretical basis for brake shoe.
