摘要
脱粒滚筒是联合收割机工作时做旋转运动且质量较大的部件,所以其工作时的最大变形量和固有频率的大小直接关系到脱粒滚筒功能的实现和是否会发生共振的问题。运用三维设计软件PRO/E建立脱粒滚筒的实体模型,并将其导入到有限元分析软件ANSYS中进行模态分析,提取其前六阶固有频率,并与脱粒滚筒工作转速进行比较,计算出脱粒滚筒工作时的危险转速范围;查看其可能存在的最大变形,以判断是否会与周围零部件发生干涉。最后的分析结果表明,该设计已经初步达到设计目的,并有继续改进提高的空间。同时,该分析结果也为后续的试验及改进提供依据。
Threshing cylinder is a component which is of a larger mass and working as a rotary movment as combine har -rasters working , therefore, the maximum deformation and the value of threshing cylinder' s inherent frequency is di- rectly related to the realizing of the thrushing cylinder' s function and whether to trigger resonance. This articleuse applys 3-D design soft PRO/E to set up the 3-D solid model of threshing cylinder, and then puts the model into the soft of fi- nite element analysis ANSYS, to the modal analysis, extracting threshing cylinder' s foregong six non-zero inherent fre- quencies and the to make a comparison with it' s operating speed , finally calculating threshing cylinder' s dangerous speed range ; viewing the maximum deformation value which may exist to determine whether to have the interference with the surrounding parts . The final analysis result shows that the design has reached a preliminary design propose and has room for improvement . The same time , the result of this analysis will be the foundation for the future test and improve- ment.
