摘要
近年来，受多种社会因素的影响，剖宫产率明显上升，剖宫产的并发症也日渐显露，主要表现为腹腔粘连，腹腔粘连是盆腔手术后常见的并发症，可以引起小肠梗阻，盆腔疼痛，不孕等并发症，对妇女健康危害很大，我院于2009年1月-2012年1月采用医用几丁糖涂布预防剖宫产术后腹部粘连取得了较满意的疗效。
In recent years, affected by many social factors, the cesarean section rate was significantly increased. Complications of cesarean are increasingly exposed. The main manifestations of those were abdominal adhesions. Abdominal adhesions is a common complication after pelvic surgery, it can cause small bowel obstruction, pelvic pain, infertility and other complications, has great harm for women＇ s health. Preventing abdominal adhesions after cesarean with medical chitosan in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 achieved satisfactory results.
