摘要
目的:对栀子皮、栀子仁和全栀子进行挥发油成分的比较研究。方法:用Agilent 6890N GC-MS气质联用仪对挥发油成分进行比较分析。GC条件:HP-5MS色谱柱,程序升温:50℃/3min 8℃/min 250℃/20min,载气:氦。MS条件:EI电离方式,离子源温度230℃,电子能量70eV,质量扫描范围:35-500amu。结果:全栀子挥发油共检出的47个峰中,来源于栀子皮的峰有10个,来源于栀子仁的峰有9个,既来自于栀子皮又来自于栀子仁的峰有9个;全栀子的特有峰有19个。结论:栀子皮、栀子仁、全栀子挥发油化学成分的组成具有非常明显的差异,这种差异可能是栀子皮、栀子仁药效差异的原因之一。
Objective:Study on the Volatile Oil from Fructus Gardeniae( Pericarp, Kernel and the whole ) by GC-MS.Method: Analysis the Volatile Oil from Fructus Gardeniae by Agilent 6890N GC -MS.The conditions of GC:HP-5MS column. Temperature program:50℃/ 3min 8℃/min 250~C/20min, Carrier gas: Helium.The conditions of MS:El ionization mode,temperature of ion source :230℃ ,electron energy: 70eV ,scan range of mass : 35-500amu.Result:Among the 47 peaks which were detected in the whole Fructus Gardeniae,10 peaks are from the Pericarp of Fructus Gardeniae, 9 peaks are from the Kernel of Fructus Gardeniae, 9 peaks are from the Pericarp of Fructus Gardeniae and the Kernel of Fructus Gardeniae both,and there are 19 special peaks from the whole Fructus Gardeniae.Conclusion:There were obvious differences among the Volatile Oil from Frnctus Gardeniae( Pericarp , Kernel and the whole ) ,these differenc- es may be one of the causes that show different performance from Fructus Gardeniae( Pericarp, Kernel and the whole ).
