聚合物微球深部液流转向油藏适应性 被引量:7

RESERVOIR ADAPTABILITY OF THE DEEP FLUID DIVERSION FOR POLYMERIC MICROSPHERES

摘要 针对大港小集油田高温(114℃)高盐,储层孔隙度、渗透率低,非均质性较强的特点,用纳米聚合物材料合成机理和方法,用聚合物单体、交联剂、引发剂和活性剂等聚合合成与油层岩石孔隙直径匹配的有机聚合物微球,利用室内实验开展了聚合物微球深部液流转向油藏适应性研究。室内静态评价实验与核磁共振实验结果表明:聚合物微球与多孔介质孔隙尺寸具有一定的匹配关系,匹配关系较好时聚合物微球具有良好的封堵能力;与其他2种聚合物微球相比,粒径较小的1#聚合物微球能够有效启动小集油田储层条件岩心水驱后中小孔隙剩余油;在一定的渗透率级差范围内,聚合物微球具有改变液流分配,改善储层吸液剖面的能力。 In the light of the characteristics of high temperature (114 ℃) and salinity, low porosity and permea- bility, strong heterogeneity for Dagang Xiaoji Oilfield, the organic polymer microspheres matched with the sizes of reservoir rock pore diameters are polymerized with polymer monomer, crosslinking agent, initiator, active agent and so forth with the help of Nano-polymer material synthesizing mechanism and method. And then the study on the a- daptability of deep fluid diversion for the polymeric microspheres to the oil reservoirs is carried out in the laborato- ry. The results of the laboratorial static evaluating experiment and NMR ( nuclear magnetic resonance } test show that there are a certain matching relationship between the mierospheres and the pore sizes of the porous media, when the relationship is much better, so is the plugging ability of the polymer microspheres; comparing with the other two kinds of polymer microspheres, Polymer Microsphere 1 # with smaller size can effectively activate the re- mained oil in the medium and small pores of the core after water flooding under the reservoir conditions of Xiaoji Oilfield; in a certain range of the permeability differential grade, the polymer microspheres possess the abilities of changing the distribution of the liquid flow and improving those fluid-absorbing profiles of the reservoirs .
