摘要
柔性转向剂是以含芳烃单体为原料合成的新型聚合体,其原理是利用柔性转向剂弹性变形特征,在多孔介质中变形运移到地层深部封堵大孔道产生液流转向能力。该技术采用变径细钢管和激光雕刻有机玻璃模型研究了柔性转向剂颗粒在大孔道的运移及封堵特性。吉林油田G2-1井的先导试验结果表明,G2-1井施工后吸水剖面得到一定改善,对应连通油井产油量增加,含水量有所下降,取得了预期效果。
Flexible particle is a new kind of polymer compounded by individual aromatic hydrocarbon, which processes elastic deformation feature and could migrate in porous medium until deep formations to block the high capacity channels to realize fluid diversion. Flexible particle migration and plugging property in high capacity channels are studied through variable diameter slender steel tube and laser carved plexiglass model. Flexible particle pilot test lauched in Well G2-1 in Jinlin Oilfield reached the expected results, including injection profile improvement of Well G2-1 after taking flexible particle injection, increment of oil production of corresponded production wells and water cut declination.
