摘要
目的：建立糖肾（浓缩）丸中黄芪甲苷含量测定的方法。方法：采用HPLC-ELSD法,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;乙腈—水（33∶67）为流动相;柱温：25℃;流速：1.0mL/min;检测器为蒸发光散射检测器;蒸发光散射检测器参数：漂移管温度：50℃,气体流速：3.0L/min;检测温度：40℃。结果：黄芪甲苷浓度在20.40~224.40μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,其平均回收率99.27%,RSD为0.79%（n=6）。结论：本方法准确、快速、方便。
Objective ： To establish an method for determination of astragaloside IV in Tangshen Condensed Pills. Methods ： The HPLC-ELSD with the Cjs column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （33 ： 67） at a flow rate of 1.0 mE/rain and the temperature of column was 25 ℃, the detector was Varian ELSD. The detector drift tube temperature was 50 ℃ and the gas flow rate was 3.0 L/min. The detection temperature was 40℃ . Results ： There was a good linear correlation in the range 20.40-224.40μg/mL for astragaloside IV . The recovery was 99.27% and RSD was 0.79 （n=6） . Conclusion ： The method was accurate,simple and clipping.
