摘要
以文冠果籽为原料,采用超声波和NaCl破乳辅助水酶法提取文冠果油。在单因素实验的基础上,利用中心组合(Box-Behnken)实验设计原理优化文冠果油的提取工艺,并采用GC-MS分析文冠果油的脂肪酸组成。在最佳条件下(超声功率150W,提取时间120min,纤维素酶添加量0.05%,NaCl加入量为0.10%,液料比1∶3.5,酶解温度30℃),文冠果油提取率达到89.85%。GC-MS分析结果表明文冠果油中主要含8种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量高达97%以上,而且文冠果油具有很好的抗氧化活性。超声波和NaCl在提取过程中起到破乳的作用,提高了文冠果油的提取率。
Using xanthocera seeds as raw material,the oil were extracted by the method of ultrasound treatment and aqueous enzymatic which was assisted by NaCl to finish demulsification.Based on the singte factor analysis, the xanthocera seeds oil extraction process was used to optimize the conditions of central composite design (BBD).Besides, the fatty acid compositions of xanthocera seeds oil were analyzed with GC-MS.The extraction rate of the xanthocera seeds oil reached 89.85% under the optimum extracting conditions.ultrasonic power 150W, the extraction time 120min, cellulase 0.05%, NaCl addition amount was 0.10%, ratio of material to liquid l : 3.5, enzymolysis temperature 30℃.GC- MS analysis results showed that the xanthocera seeds oil mainly contained 8 kinds of fatty acid,the unsaturated fatty acid content made up more than 97%, and the oil had good antioxidant activity.Ultrasound treatment and NaCI played a demulsifying role in extraction process improved the extraction yield of xanthocera seeds oil.
