摘要
对三峡工程采用的60mm厚 NK-HITEN 610U2调质高强钢对接和角接的焊接试板进行爆炸处理。结果表明爆炸处理不仅显著消除试板表面的拉伸残余应力,而且能使残余应力沿厚度方向分布均匀且显著降低。
Explosives are applied to butt - welded plates and fillet plates of NK - HITEN 610U2 high strength quenching and tempering steel used in pressure pipes making of Yangtze Three - Gorges Project. Not only significant reduc- tion of the surface welding tensile residual stresses but also even distribution of stresses through the thickness are achieved due to the explosion treatment.
