摘要
研究了SUS321 不锈钢经爆炸处理消除焊接残余应力后的残余组织与结构,发现低倍组织几乎没有什么变化,而在亚结构方面产生大量的位错、层错、孪晶,并伴有少量的ε- 马氏体生成。
Residual constituent and microstructure were studied after the SUS 321 stainless steel was explosively treated for relieving the weld residual stress. It is shown that any changes could hardly be seen at low magnification, but dislocation, stack faults and twins are noticeably produced with a small amount of martensites.
