摘要
目的通过与单纯口服多巴丝肼对照来评价100 Hz电针治疗帕金森病肌僵直的疗效。方法将60例帕金森病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组口服多巴丝肼片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上配合100 Hz电针治疗。分别记录两组治疗前后及治疗后6个月随访时的统一帕金森病评分量表(UPDRS)评分和肌张力评定量表(TAS)评分,评价患者肌僵直症状改善情况。结果对照组治疗1、3个月后及治疗后6个月随访时UPDRS、TAS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗3个月后及治疗后6个月随访时UPDRS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后6个月随访时TAS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗1、3个月后及治疗后6个月随访时UPDRS评分、TAS评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论 100 Hz电针配合口服多巴丝肼片治疗可明显延缓帕金森病肌僵直的发展,具有积极的治疗作用。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of 100 Hz electroacupuncture in treating muscle rigidity of Parkinson disease （PD） by comparing it to the oral administration of Madopar. Method Sixty patients with Parkinson disease were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each. The control group was intervened by oral administration of Madopar, while the treatment group was by 100 Hz electroacupuncture in addition to Madopar. The unified Parkinson disease rating scale （UPDRS） and tension assessment scale （TAS） were adopted for evaluating the improvement of rigidity before and after treatment, as well as in the 6-month follow-up study. Result The UPDRS and TAS scores changed significantly after 1-month and 3-month treatments and in the 6-month follow-up study in the control group （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. In the treatment group, the UPDRS changed significantly after 3-month treatment and in the 6-month follow-up study （P〈0.01）; the TAS score changed significantly in the 6-month follow-up study （P〈0.0I）. The inter-group comparisons showed that the differences in comparing the UPDRS and TAS scores after l-month and 3-month treatments and in the 6-month follow-up study were statistically significant （P〈0.0I,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of 100 Hz electroacupuncture and Madopar can notably postpone the development of muscle rigidity in PD and thus produce positive therapeutic effect.
