摘要
随着煤矿科学的发展,计算机模拟技术逐渐应用到井下开采工程的决策制定中。文章以矿井迎头工作面温度场为研究对象,提出了气相数值模拟方程和颗粒项随机轨道方程,为计算机模拟奠定了理论基础。在模拟过程中,增加了雾化喷淋降温措施,计算结果和实际测量数据基本吻合,验证了计算机模拟技术的有效性。该研究为井下工作面降温工艺策略的制定提出了一种行之有效的方法。
With the development of coal science, computer simulation technology has been gradually applied to underground mining engineering decision. Based on the frontal face temperature field as the research object, the gas phase equations of numerical simulation and particle random trajectory equation, laid the theoretical foundation for computer simulation. In the simulation process, an increase of atomization spray cooling measures, the calculation results and actual measurement data are basically consistent, verify the validity of the computer simulation technology. The research for the underground working surface cooling process strategy presents a effective method.
