摘要
针对温度场变化缓慢、数据重复度高的特点,本文提出了一种利用温度检测节点的设计方案。系统以TMS320F2812为核心,采用高精度数字式温度计DS18B20进行现场温度采集,通过CAN总线与监控计算机进行通信,通过数码管在现场实时显示。通过软件设计,只上传温度发生变化时的温度值,从而减少CAN总线上实时传输的数据,提高系统的实时性,并实现报阈值警等功能。
This paper introduces the design of a temperature detection node based on the TMS320F2812 with a high precision digital temperature sensor DS 18B20. The CAN bus is used for communication with the control computer. The data is uploaded only when the temperature changes to reduce the data transmitted in the CAN bus.
