摘要
针对现场总线的实时性要求,提出了一种基于DSP芯片TMS320LF2407A的CAN总线通信技术方案,设计了基于这种控制器的CAN网络节点的硬件,而且利用TI公司的CC4.10软件和闻亭公司的TDS510USB2.0DSP仿真器进行了软件设计.在以汽车为平台的CAN总线通信实验中,实现了点对点的CAN通信.实验结果表明,该设计在数据传输波特率达到125kb/s的情况下,数据传输稳定、准确、可靠.该方案提供的基本思路也可用于其他CAN分布式控制系统.
Aming at the real-time demand of field bus communication, a kind solution of CAN bus based on DSP is put forward, designing the hardware circuit based on network node of CAN, but also compiling the programme. This design takes full advantage of CC4.10 software of TI and TDS510USB2.0 of Wintech. The experiment on the automobile platform showed that this design realized Node-to-Node’s CAN communication. The result of the experiment indicated that in the case of 125Kb/S(Baud Rate),data transfer is stable, accurate, and reliable. The basic idea of this scheme can be also used in other controller system based on CAN bus.
