摘要
基于实车道路试验与虚拟样机仿真,预测并分析了自卸车车架在大波形路形曲线激励下的疲劳寿命。用陀螺仪实时采集车架俯仰角信号,经过积分重构处理,可得路面的大波形位移曲线。将其与由加速度传感器采集的小波形路形曲线相叠加,可重构出完整的路面谱曲线。建立自卸车车架的有限元模型,通过惯性释放法获取应力分布,在HyperWorks/Fatigue中进行车架的疲劳寿命分析。研究表明,大波形路谱数据对车架疲劳危险点的分布位置及寿命长度都有影响,对整车传动系统的安装位置未产生破坏性影响。
Based on road tests and virtual prototype simulation, the fatigue life of the dump truck frame under the incentive of the large waveform of road roughness is analyzed and predicted. The pitching angle of the frame, which collected by using gyroscope, can be converted to the large waveform curve of the road. Superimposed with the small waveform curve of road shaped which collected by the acceleration sensor, it can be transformed into the integral road spectrum curve. Based on the finite element model of the dump truck frame and the stress distribution obtained by the inertia release method, the fatigue life of the frame is analyzed by using the HyperWorks/Fatigue. The results show that, the large waveform data has impacts on both distribution and life span of the fatigue danger point.
