摘要
认知功能障碍是精神分裂症的核心症状,认知缺损程度反映了疾病的严重程度,对患者独立生活能力、职业功能和社会功能等预后也有显著影响。本文综述精神分裂症与认知功能障碍的生物学基础研究进展。
As the core symptom of schizophrenia, cognitive dysfunction reflects the severity of the schizophrenia patients, and notably influence the prognosis of the independent life ability, occupational function and social activity of schizophrenia patients. This review describes advances of biological foundation about congnitive dysfunction of schizophrenia.
