摘要
目的探讨利培酮合并小剂量阿立哌唑对女性精神分裂症患者的疗效。方法选择2016年8月-2019年8月对该院收治的女性精神分裂症患者,按标准从中选择104例作为该次研究的对象,系统随机对患者进行编号,奇数为观察组,偶数为对照组。对照组患者采用利培酮治疗,观察组患者采用利培酮合并小剂量阿立哌唑治疗。治疗前和治疗两个月后观察两组患者PANSS评分、血清泌乳素水平、治疗总有效率以及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组患者阴性因子(12.53±2.67)分、阳性因子(13.87±3.08)分、一般精神病理(25.09±2.57)分明显低于对照组(20.28±2.69)分、(19.36±3.24)分、(29.61±2.72)分;观察组血清泌乳素浓度(14.96±4.02)mg/mL明显低于对照组(31.27±4.07)mg/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=4.031、4.115、3.918,4.093 P<0.05);治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率90.38%明显高于对照组75.00%,不良反应发生率3.85%低于对照组21.15%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.208、6.281,P<0.05)。结论利培酮合并小剂量阿立哌唑可以明显改善女性精神分裂患者的阴性症状,可以有效降低血清泌乳素水平升高的几率,与单一使用利培酮治疗相比,疗效与安全性更高。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of risperidone combined with low-dose aripiprazole in female patients with schizophrenia.Methods From August 2016 to August 2019,female schizophrenia patients admitted to the hospital were selected.According to the standard,104 cases were selected as the object of this study.The patients were randomly numbered systematically.The odd number was the observation group and the even number was the control.group.Patients in the control group were treated with risperidone,and patients in the observation group were treated with risperidone combined with low-dose aripiprazole.Observe the PANSS score,serum prolactin level,total effective rate of treatment,and adverse reactions before and after two months of treatment.Results After treatment,the negative factor(12.53±2.67)points,positive factor(13.87±3.08)points,and general psychopathology(25.09±2.57)points of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(20.28±2.69)points and(19.36±3.24)points,(29.61±2.72)points;the serum prolactin concentration(14.96±4.02)mg/mL in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(31.27±4.07)mg/mL,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.031,4.115,3.918,4.093 P<0.05);after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.38%significantly higher than that of the control group,75.00%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.85%lower than that of the control group,21.15%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.208,6.281,P<0.05).Conclusion Risperidone combined with low-dose aripiprazole can significantly improve the negative symptoms of female schizophrenia patients,and can effectively reduce the probability of elevated serum prolactin levels.Compared with monotherapy with risperidone,the efficacy and safety are higher.
