摘要
结合科研项目"纳米ZSM-5沸石分子筛催化正构烷烃异构化反应性能"的研究,设计了一个微型固定床反应装置评价催化反应性能实验。实验设计按照创新性和综合性原则,旨在帮助学生系统了解工业催化剂的设计、合成和性能评价方法,提高学生动手能力和科研创新能力。通过设计和开展创新性和综合性实践教学,介绍了在组织与指导过程中的几点体会,提出了进一步完善创新性、综合性化学实践教学的建议,为创新性、综合性实验的全面开展提供参考。
An innovative experiment about catalytic performance assessment was designed, by combining with a scientific project of "catalytic behavior of nano-ZSM-5 zeolite in hydroisomerization of n-alkane". The design follows the principles of innovation and synthesizing. The purpose of the innovative experiment is to help students systematically understanding the design and synthesis of catalyst and assessment method of catalytic performance, and enhance students' manipulative ability and innovation ability. This article introduces the experience in organization and guiding innovative experiment, and presents suggests for further improving the teaching of innovative and comprehensive chemistry experiment. These suggestions can be used as a reference in the overall development of the innovative and comprehensive experiment.
