摘要
采用不同好氧生物处理工艺,处理模拟高硫酸盐癸二酸废水,考察了系统启动运行中污染物去除效果及污泥性状变化。当硫酸盐最终质量浓度为90 g/L时,系统COD平均去除率高于70%,COD平均去除负荷为0.67kg/(m3·d)。高盐度造成活性污泥粒径减小,污泥沉降性能及污泥和生物膜活性下降。接触氧化反应器对盐度冲击的耐受性优于活性污泥反应器。
Different aerobic biological treatment processes have been used for treating simulated high sulphate se- bacic acid wastewater. The pollutant removing efficacy and the changes of sludge shape and properties during the running period after the start-up of the system are investigated. When the sulfate concentration finally reaches 90 g/L, the average COD removing rate could be higher than 70% and the average COD removal loading is 0.67 kg/(m3.d). High salinity would reduce the floc size of activated sludge, and decrease the sludge settling property and activities of sludge and biofilm. Contact oxidation reactor has better salinity shock tolerance than the activated sludge reactor.
