摘要
通识教育直接关系到中国高等教育未来的实践和发展路径。本文通过比较国际通识教育的实践经验和理论,考察了通识教育理念下的中国高校人才选拔和培养机制设计,反思通识教育理念和路径在中国展开的内在逻辑。文章认中国大学要围绕着通识教育理念,进行一系列学校内部治理结构创新,以形成完整的改革流程。
We compared the different periods of the ideal of liberal education ( general educa- tion) around the world and then focused on the essential elements and structure of the liberal educa- tion. The paper analyses the practice of liberal education in Fudan University which is the first uni- versity to try this innovation in China. It had two important actions in this process: one is the courses reform according to the liberal educational requirements, another is the governance structure innova- tion of the university. We conclude in this paper that the realization of liberal education in China is still a long way to go, but it is the key problem in its development.
