N-端脑利钠肽前体与光抑素C联合检测在慢性心力衰竭患者中意义 被引量:11

Significance of amino-terminal Pro-B-type natriuretic peptide and cystatin C detected in patients with chronic heart failure

摘要 目的观察慢性心力衰竭患者中N-端脑利钠肽前体(Amino-Terminal Pro-B-Type Natriuretic Peptide,NT-pro BNP)与光抑素C(Cystatin C,Cys C)的变化,分析两者是否存在相关性。方法选取208例患者,分为2组,一组为心力衰竭组104例,另一组为对照组104例,入院后24 h内,留取患者静脉血标本,检测血清中NT-pro BNP与Cys C水平。结果心力衰竭组患者的血清中NT-pro BNP水平为(4 025.69±2 616.82)ng·L-1,对照组患者为(223.69±152.88)ng·L-1,P<0.05;心力衰竭组患者的血清中Cys C水平为(1.89±2.03)mg·L-1,对照组患者为(0.73±0.36)mg·L-1,P<0.05。心力衰竭组患者的血清中NT-pro BNP与Cys C Spearman相关系数r=0.952(P<0.001)。结论在慢性心力衰竭患者中NT-pro BNP与Cys C明显升高,且Cys C与NT-pro BNP呈正相关,Cys C的水平可能成为反映心力衰竭及轻微肾功能损害指标。 Objective To observe the changes of NT-Pro BNP and Cys C in patients with chronic heart failure, and to analyze whether there was a correlation between the two or not. Methods 208 patients were divided into two groups,one group of 104 cases with heart failure, and another group as control group of 104 cases. All were taken venous blood within 24 hours after admission to detect the serum levels of Cys C and NT-pro BNP. Results The serum levels of NT- pro BNP with heart failure (4 025.69 -+ 2 616.82 ) ng ~ L- 1 was sig- nificantly higher than that of the control group ( 223.69 ± 152.88 ) ng.L^ -1, P 〈 0.05 ; the serum levels of Cys C with heart failure ( 1.89 ± 2.03 )mg . L^ - 1 was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 0.73± 0.36 )mg . L^- 1, P 〈 0.05 ; The spearman correlation coefficient of NT-pro BNP and Cys C in patients with heart failure was r = 0. 952, ( P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusions The serum levels'of NT-pro BNP and Cys C in patients with chronic heart failure were significantly increased, and the Cys C and NT - pro BNP were positively correlated, and the level of Cys C may be a marker which reflects patients with chronic heart failure and slightly impaired renal function.
