摘要
目的观察复律汤治疗慢性心功能不全后室性早搏的临床疗效,判断对预后的改善情况。方法随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用复律汤方,对照组采用美心律,治疗疗程8周,观察两组治疗前后主要症状积分、疗效指数、24 h总室性早搏次数及心率变异性等指标。结果两组治疗后主要症状积分、疗效指数及24 h总室性早搏次数、临床疗效及心率变异性指标与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组主要症状积分、24 h总室性早搏次数治疗后比较差异明显(P<0.05)。复律汤方可明显改善慢性心功能不全后室性早搏患者临床症状,减少室性早搏发作次数,改善慢性心功能不全后室性早搏患者预后,在临床症状缓解、室性早搏次数减少方面疗效优于西药美心律(P<0.05)。结论复律汤治疗慢性心功能不全后室性早搏疗效确切。
Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fulv Decoction on PVC of chronic cardiac insuffi- ciency and to determine the improvement in the prognosis. Methods ： Patients with PVC of chronic cardiac insuf- ficiency were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Fulv Decoction and the control group was given mexiletine. Before and after the treatment,the assessment score of ma- jor symptom,efficacy inde~ and frequency of PVC in 24 hours and heart raie variability were investigated. The treatment cure was 8 weeks. Results： There were statistically significant differences in all the assessments in both groups before and after treatment 8 weeks later such as the major symptom score. The assessment score of and PVC frequency of 24 hours in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）. There were statistically significant differences on heart rate variability for the before and the after of the treatment in the treatment group such as the assessment score of major symptom in both groups,the PVC frequen- cy of 24 hours in both groups （P〈 0.05）. Fulv Decoction improved significantly symptom,reduced PVC quantity, improved the prognosis of the patients with PVC of chronic cardiac insufficiency,which was better than control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Fulv Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on PVC of chronic cardiac insuffi- ciency.
