摘要
为了研究纳米二氧化钛纤维的光催化性能及抑菌性能,分别以溶胶-凝胶法和静电纺丝法制备纳米级锐钛矿型二氧化钛以及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/二氧化钛(PET/TiO2)纳米复合纤维,应用电子扫描电镜(SEM)分析了纳米纤维形态、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分析了纳米纤维化学组分、X-射线衍射(XRD)分析了纤维的分子结构,并通过光催化降解亚甲基蓝和紫外灯下抑菌实验分析纳米纤维的光催化性能和抑菌性能。结果表明:锐钛矿型PET/TiO2纤维具有对亚甲基蓝光催化分解作用;具有较好的抗菌作用,且抗菌效果随TiO2含量的增加而增强,当紫外光照3h时TiO2质量比为174%的复合纤维对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率分别可以达到79.24%和82.54%,是一种优异空气净化产品。
To study the photocatalytic property and antibacterial property of titanium dioxide/polyester (PET/ TiO2) nanofiber,anatase titanium dioxide nanoparticles and PET/TiO2 nanocomposite fibers were fabricated through sol- gel coating and electrospinning respectively. Fiber morphology and chemical compositions as well as molecular structure of the nanofiber were analyzed through scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). Photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue and antibacterial experiment under UV lamp were carried out to investigate the photocatalytic degradation and antibiosis properties of the fibers. The study revealed that the fibers possessed good photocatalytic properties and antibacterial properties which could be further enhanced as the content of tita- nium dioxide was increased. When the content of TiO2 was 174% and the ultraviolet light exposure time reached 3 hours, the bacterial inhibition rate for Bacillus coli and Staphylococcus aureus could reach 79.24% and 82.54%. The experimental results proved that the fibers was an excellent air purifier.
