摘要 选定一种纳米TiO_(2)粉体作为改性剂,制备不同标号的纳米改性沥青,并对改性后的沥青做常规指标等试验,分析纳米粉体对不同基质沥青的改性效果。研究认为,纳米粉体在改善沥青稠度方面有着明显的效果,远大于普通填料带来的增稠效果。纳米TiO_(2)的加入可以提高沥青的耐热老化性能,其沥青残留针入度比随着TiO_(2)掺量的提高体现一定的变大趋势,可以有效地延缓热老化所致的软化点、粘度过分提高。并初步确定纳米二氧化钛添加量2%~3%的改性沥青的改性效果较好。 In this paper,a nano-TiO_(2)powder was selected as a modifier to prepare different grades of nano-modified asphalt,and tests such as conventional indexes were done on the modified asphalt to analyze the modification effect of nano-powder on asphalt of different substrates.It is concluded that the nano-powders have obvious effect in improving the asphalt consistency,which is much larger than the thickening effect brought by common fillers.The addition of nano-TiO_(2)can improve the heat aging performance of asphalt,its asphalt residual needle penetration ratio with the increase of TiO_(2)doping reflects a certain trend of becoming larger,which can effectively delay the excessive increase of softening point and viscosity due to thermal aging.And it was initially determined that the modified asphalt with 2%~3% nano TiO_(2)addition has better modification effect.
