摘要
目的 了解不同年龄段体检人群对隐私保护的需求,为有效开展更具针对性的隐私保护服务提供依据.方法 采用方便抽样法选择2012年4月第二军医大学长征医院体检中心接收的400例体检者,并对其进行问卷调查.结果 不同年龄段体检人群对隐私保护需求的关注度有所不同,其最强烈的需求一致为隐私部位保护,且＂30～39岁＂与＂40～49岁＂年龄段的体检者对于病史病情、个人信息及个人空间的保护需求较显著,与其他年龄段的体检者比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论护理人员应了解不同年龄段体检人群隐私保护需求的特点,实施有针对性的护理服务,以最大程度降低其隐私泄漏的风险.
Objective To investigate the needs about different age levels of population who received health examination in Health Examination Center, so as to provide evidences for further effective and more targe- ted privacy protection services. Methods By convenience sampling,a total of 400 physical examinees were recruited and assessed by questionnaire in April 2012. Results Population with different ages focused on different privacy protection needs,the most strong demand for consistent protection was the private parts, and population in ＂30-39＂ and ＂40-49＂ age groups were with relatively stronger needs of for the history of the disease, personal information and protection personal space compared with other age groups, the differ- ence was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Nursing staff should understand the characteristics of privacy protection requirements in different ages and implement targeted nursing services, in order to reduce the risk of the privacy leakage to the greatest extent.
