淫羊藿苷对正畸快速扩弓致大鼠牙根吸收抑制作用的扫描电镜观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察淫羊藿苷对大鼠正畸快速扩弓致牙根吸收的抑制作用。方法:48只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为A(对照组)、B(单纯扩弓组)、C(扩弓合并用药组)3组。其中A组不扩弓用于空白对照,B、C两组分别在每只大鼠的上颌左右第一磨牙间安装扩弓簧,并以初始50 g的力值连续扩弓21d;扩弓过程中,C组各大鼠每天用淫羊藿灌胃(2.5mg/kg),A、B两组大鼠用相同体积的安慰剂灌胃。21d后,处死所有大鼠并剥离出上颌第一磨牙,用扫描电镜观察牙根表面的吸收状态;同时测量并计算各牙的牙根吸收指数。结果:牙根吸收指数在A、B、C组分别为0.50±0.06、25.12±2.54和3.40±0.48,3组分别两两比较(P<0.05),C组牙根可见大量的新生牙骨质。结论:淫羊藿苷对快速扩弓所致的大鼠牙根吸收有一定的抑制作用,并能促进其修复。 AIM: To investigate the effect of icariin on palatal expansion induced root resorption in rats. METHODS: 48 male Wistar rats were divided randomly into 3 groups (n = 16) as A (negative control, untreated) , B (positive control, treated with rapid palatal expansion) and C (experimental, treated with rapid palatal expansion and intragastric administration of icariin at 2.5 mg/kg · day). In group B and C an initial force of 50 g was applied to the area between the right and left upper first molars of the rats for 21days for palatal expansion. The root resorption index (RRI) was determined with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). RESULTS: In group A,B and C RRI was 0.50 ± 0. 06,25.12 ± 2. 54 and 3.40 ± 0.48 respectively( between each 2 groups, P 〈 0.05 ). SEM observation revealed reparative cementum in the icariin -treated rat samples. CONCLUSION: Icariin has a reparative effect on rapid palatal expansion induced root resorption in rats.
