摘要
目的:建立大鼠牙根吸收模型,研究低强度脉冲超声(LIPUS)对牙骨质修复的作用。方法:选择48只健康雄性Wistar大鼠建立正畸性牙根吸收动物模型,随机分为4组,每组12只,分别为空白对照组,单纯加力组,自然修复组,超声修复组。其中,单纯加力组加力两周后处死。自然修复组和超声修复组加力两周后进入两周的修复期,自然修复组在两周修复期不接受任何处理,超声修复组在两周修复期接受每天15min治疗超声照射,超声频率为1.5MHz,强度为100MW/cm2。应用扫描电镜观察以上各组牙根表面吸收状况,同时测量牙根吸收指数。结果:超声修复组的牙根吸收指数(13.8±5.1%),显著低于自然修复组的牙根吸收指数(22.6±4.2%),P<0.05;单纯加力组(23.5±4.0%)和自然修复组(22.6±4.2%)的牙根吸收指数之间的差异无统计学意义。高倍扫描电镜下,超声修复组可见大量新生牙骨质的形成。结论:低强度脉冲超声对牙骨质的修复重建有促进作用。
Objective: To study the effect of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound on cementum reparation in the model of root resorption in rats. Methods: Forty-eight healthy male Wistar rats were established as animal models of orthodontic root resorption, and randomly divided into four groups (control group, experimental group, natural recovery group, ultrasound repair group) with twelve in each group. Rats in experimental group were put to death after two weeks of force application. Rats in natural recovery group and ultrasound repair group underwent a two-week repair period after two weeks of force application with or without 1.5MHz 100MW/cm^2 ultrasound irradiation for 15min per day in the repair period. Scanning electron microscopy were used to observe the root surface absorption condition, and the root resorption indexes were measured. Results: The root resorption index in ultrasound repair group (13.8 ± 5.1)% was significantly lower than in natural repair group(22.6± 4.2)% (P〈 0.05). There was no significant difference between the experimenetal group(23.5 ±4.0)% and the natural recovery group(22.6± 4.2)%. Under the high-powered scanning electron microscope, large amounts of new cementum formation were observed in the ultrasound repair group. Conclusion: Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound was showed to promote the reparation and the reconstruction of the cementum.
