摘要
小鼠po PSP 0.6 g/kg和1.2 g/kg 9 d对移植肉瘤S180,Heps实体瘤和EC实体瘤具有明显的抑制作用;小鼠ip PSP 0.3 g/kg和0.6 g/kg对移植肉瘤S180,Heps实体瘤也有明显的抑制作用。ip PSP 100 g/kg和150 mg/kg能促进小鼠单核Mφ系统的吞噬功能;促进SRBC致敏小鼠血清溶血素形成;并能显著促进ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖,最适浓度为40 μg/ml。结果提示PSP对多种肿瘤有抑制作用,并对免疫功能有调节作用。
This papear deals with the study on the anti-tumor effects and th e effects on immune system of polysaccharide (PSP) from the Spirulaina platens in mice. The results showed that at the doses of 0.6 and 1.2 g/kg by ig o r ip 0.3 and 0.6 g/kg for 9 days, PSP can remarkable inhibit the grouth of tu mor S180, Heps and EC; at the doses of 100 and 150 mg/kg by ip for 7 days in mice, and PSP could increase the clareance rate of carbon particles, and the production of hemolysins. It is also found that PSP could stimulate the proliforation of lymp hocytes with ConA stimulation. The optimal concentration of PSP was 40 μg/ml.
