摘要
简要阐述了双驱动胶带输送机负载分配的原理,指出了当前使用的双驱动方式存在的缺点和不足。基于双驱动带式输送机的传动特点,本文提出一种新型的,使用差速器对动力进行分配的带式输送机双驱动方式,介绍了差速器以及该新型双驱动系统的工作原理,并在ADAMS中建立了该驱动系统模型,进行了动力学仿真,分析了仿真结果,证明该驱动系统可以在双滚筒及双电机之间进行理想的动力分配。
This paper described the load distribution principle of double driving belt conveyor, and pointed out the shortcomings and deficiencies of the double driving system currently used.Based on the characteristics of double driving of belt conveyor, we put forward a new type of double driving which uses differential mechanism to distribute the loads,and introduced how it works. In this paper, the model of the new type double driving system was established,and the dynamic simulation was done.The results proved that the drive system can make the loads distributed ideally between the two drums and the two motors.
