摘要
目的:探讨学龄儿童智力测试特点,为制定相应干预措施奠定基础。方法选择河池市妇幼保健院2009年4月至2012年12月在儿童保健门诊接诊的学龄期儿童293例,由经过培训的妇幼保健人员采用韦氏智力测试量表进行智商测试,观察其智商分布情况,并对不同影响因素进行分析。结果在293例学龄儿童中,中等智商儿童为134例,占45.73%,低智商儿童为28例,占总例数9.56%。各年龄组儿童智商均值比较无明显差异,6岁总智商分别与7、8、9、10、11~15岁比较t值分别为1.94、1.16、1.51、1.25、0.97,均P>0.05;7岁分别与8、9、10、11~15岁比较t值分别为1.95、1.61、0.56、1.64,均P>0.05;8岁分别与9、10、11~15岁比较t值分别为0.52、0.43、0.24,均P>0.05;10岁与11~15岁比较t=0.03,P>0.05。操作智商仍普遍低于语言智商,各年龄组语言智商与操作智商比较t值分别为16.36、26.57、15.71、9.00、81.94、20.95,均P<0.05;且本组所有儿童语言智商与操作智商比较t=50.91,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。城市儿童智商高于农村儿童,t=39.05,P<0.05;但同地点男女智商均值比较无明显差异( P>0.05)。父母为脑力劳动者,儿童的智商均值较高,而父母为体力劳动者儿童智力均值相对较低,两者比较t=31.82,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论总结学龄儿童智力特点及制定相应干预措施是促进儿童智力发展的关键。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of intelligence test of school-aged children , so as to lay foundation for formulating relative intervention measures .Methods From April 2009 to December 2012 293 school-aged children visited the child health clinic in Hechi Maternal and Child Health Hospital .The IQs of them were tested by trained MCH staff using Wechsler intelligence test scale .The distribution of IQ was observed and its influencing factors were analyzed .Results Of this group of 293 school-aged children , 134 children (45.73%) had average IQ,and 28 children (9.56%) had low IQ.There was no significant difference in mean IQ among different age groups.When the full-scale IQ of 6-year-old children was compared with that of 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11-15 years old children,t value was 1.94, 1.16, 1.51,1.25 and 0.97, respectively(all P〉0.05).When the full-scale IQ of 7-year-old children was compared with that of 8, 9, 10, and 11-15 years old children,t value was 1.95, 1.61, 0.56 and 1.64, respectively(allP〉0.05).When the full-scale IQ of 8-year-old children was compared with that of 9, 10, and 11-15 years old children,t value was 0.52, 0.43 and 0.24, respectively (all P〉0.05).When the full-scale IQ of 10-year-old children was compared with that of 11-15 years old children,t value was 0.03(P〉0.05). Performance IQ was generally lower than verbal IQ , and when verbal IQ of each age group was compared with performance IQ , t value was 16.36, 26.57, 15.71, 9.00, 81.94 and 20.95, respectively(all P〈0.05).When the verbal IQ of the whole samples was compared with performance IQ,t value was 50.19 (P〈0.05), and the difference was significant .The IQ of urban children was higher than that of rural children (t=39.05,P〈0.05), but the difference in average IQ of male and female children in same area was not significant (P〉0.05).
