摘要
金融危机后我国企业"走出去"步伐不断加快,对外投资对我国出口贸易的影响日益明显。本文通过构建数理模型,考察了对外直接投资影响出口技术复杂度的微观机制。在此基础上,本文利用我国2004~2010年省级面板数据,运用两步GMM系统估计方法,检验了我国对外直接投资对出口技术复杂度的影响。研究结果发现,当前我国对外直接投资规模扩大与制成品出口技术复杂度提升之间存在显著的正相关关系,对外直接投资已成为我国制成品出口技术复杂度提升的重要加速器。进一步研究发现,以人力资本与研发资本衡量的"吸收能力"增强,显著地提升了对外直接投资引致的出口技术进步效应。要实现"走出去"战略与"贸易强国"战略的协同发展,我国应注重加强人力资本积累和研发资本投入水平,逐步提高自主创新能力,最终实现贸易结构转型升级。
After the financial crisis,the'going out'pace of China's enterprises has been accelerating,the impact of China's outward foreign investment on export trade has become increasingly evident. In this paper,by constructing a mathematical model,it examines the microscopic mechanism of the outward foreign direct investment's affect on the export of technology complexity. On this basis,it uses the 2004 ~ 2010 provincial panel data with a two-step GMM system estimation method,examines the impact of China's foreign direct investment on the export of technology. The results show that: the expanding scale of China's foreign direct investment increases export technological sophistication of manufactured goods. Further studies show that when the absorption capacity of human capital and R&D capital increased,it significantly improve the effect of export of technology progress caused by foreign direct investment. The OFDI has become an important accelerator on improving export technological sophistication. To achieve the joint development of'going out'strategy and'trade power strategy',China needs to strengthen human capital accumulation and the level of investment in R&D capital,and should gradually improve the capability of independent innovation to achieve the transformation and upgrading of trade structure.
