摘要
笔者在"新安医学十大学说"和创新治法研究的基础上,进一步对新安医家处方用药风格作了梳理和提炼,认为主要有"平正轻简"、"轻清灵巧"、"稳准狠猛"三大风格。与固本培元派相对应,"平正轻简"是指处方平和、用药精简、用量轻巧,平淡之中出奇效;与养阴清润派相对应,"轻清灵巧"是指处方用药质轻、灵动,药味少,剂量轻,时方轻灵拨千斤。无论是"平正轻简"还是"时方轻灵",均以轻巧灵验取胜,是临床诊疗水平高的具体体现。"稳准狠猛"用药风格与"准《伤寒》法"密切相关,是针对徽州山区急重伤寒热病,取重兵直入巢穴,早攻、频攻以刈病根,以认证准、用药猛、剂量重、下手辣为特点。温补与养阴、伤寒与温病、"四两拨千斤"与"重剂刈病根",如此对立矛盾的中医核心学术命题,和谐统一于新安医学之中,为深入研究中医学重大的实质性学术问题,推进中医学术的进步和临床水平的提高,提供了一个良好的切入点。
On basis of the ＇ten major Xin＇an medical theories＇ and innovative therapy study, the author attempts to further reorganize and refine Xin＇an doctors＇ prescription and medication characteristics. It＇s assumed that there are three characteristics categorized, i.e. ＇moderate prescription, refined medication, and magical efficacy from simplicity＇. Comparable with the School of Consolidating Vital Base and Supplementing Primordial Qi, moderate prescription means light-weighted, flexible, light-dosed, with efficacy. Compared with the School of Yin Nourishing and Refrigerant, refined medication is of the features mentioned above. Moderate prescription and refined medication embody high level of clinical diagnosis and treatment. While magical efficacy from simplicity is closely related to the administration style of ＇typical therapy for exogenous febrile disease＇, mainly aiming at emergent heavy exogenous fever in mountainous areas of Huizhou. Both the first and second categories of characteristics are preferred for light-weight dosage and flexibility, embodying high clinical level. Such unity of opposite medical core academic propositions in traditional Chinese medicine, like warming and yin nourishing, and exogenous febrile and epidemic warm diseases, as well as ＇small dosage for adequate efficacy＇ and ＇heavy dosage for directing at the disease source＇, are balanced and integrated in Xin＇an medication, laying a sound entry point for in-depth study of major substantial academic issues as well as for facilitating the advancement of traditional Chinese medicine and improvement of clinical levels.
