血尿酸水平与代谢综合征各组分及冠心病的相关分析 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】探讨血清尿酸(SUA)水平与代谢综合征(MS)各组分的关系,探讨SUA水平对冠心病发生的预测价值。【方法】回顾性分析了400例因胸痛接受冠状动脉造影检查的患者,按照SUA水平(≤280、281~339、340399、≥400μmol/L)分为4个分位组,观察入选患者sUA水平与MS各组分之间的关系。并依据冠心病确诊情况分为冠心病组(280例)和非冠心病组(120例),分析sUA水平与冠心病发生是否存在相关性。【结果】SUA水平升高与性别、年龄、高血压、体质量指数、高甘油三脂血症密切相关(P<0.01)。冠心病组SUA水平显著高于非冠心病组(P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析显示,SUA水平升高仍是本组冠心痛发病的独立危险因素之一。【结论】高尿酸血症与MS各组分具有密切的联系,是冠心病发病独立危险因素。 [Obiective]To explore the relationship of serum uric acid(SUA) level with the components of metabolic syndrome(MS) and coronary heart disease(CHD). [Methods] Totally 400 patients who received coronary angiography be'cause of chest pain. were analyzed retrospectively. According to SUA level(≤280, 281 -339, 340-399, ≥400μmol/L), all patients were divided into 4 groups. The relationship between SUA level and the components of MS in patients was observed. According to the diagnosis of CHD, patients were divided into CHD group( n =280) and non-CHD group( n = 120). The correlation between SUA level and the occurrence of CHD was analyzed. [Results]The increasing of SUA level was closely correlated with gender, age, hypertension, body mass index and hyperlipemia( P 〈0.01). The SUA level in CHD group was signifieantly higher than that in non-CHD group( P 〈0.01). Logistic regression analysis revealed that the increasing of SUA level was still one of independent risk factors of CHD in the group. [Conclusion]Hyperlipemia is closely related with the components o{ MS, and it is a independent risk factor for the incidence of CHD.
