摘要
在螺杆泵的水力特性检测中,容易出现容积效率大于100%的情况,同时螺杆泵理论排量的计算方法存在争议,为解决这个问题笔者在对螺杆泵水力特性实验数据和检测系统研究基础上,开展了螺杆泵容积效率的研究,对螺杆泵容积效率的检测提出了几点认识。
In the PCP performance test,the occasion that volumetric efficiency greater than 100% is likely to occur sometimes,and the calculation method of PCP theoretic displacement is a matter of controversy.To solve this problem the writer carried on the PCP volumetric efficiency study based on the performance test data and the test systerm,and some suggestion about PCP volumetric efficiency are put forward.
