摘要
通过对螺杆泵结构及原理的研究,结合油井生产条件,选择适合螺杆泵采油工艺的油井,利用专业优化软件进行螺杆泵采油工艺设计。根据油井流入动态分析和实际生产情况,确定油井的实际供排关系,以选择螺杆泵的排量范围和型号,进行抽油杆、驱动装置和井下举升系统的配套优化设计,经过现场实测螺杆泵采油工艺与抽油机采油工艺的能耗数据对比,油井供排关系和举升系统都能正常运行。阐述了螺杆泵采油技术节能降耗效果,为深井中质油开发提供了一种可行途径,对油田开发生产有着重要的现实意义。
Through the research on the structure and principle of screw pump, combining the oil well production condition, choosing the oil wells which are suitable for oil recovery technology with screw pump, oil recovery technology with screw pump is developed by using the specialized optimal software. The purpose is to satisfy the normal run of supply and discharge of oil well and lift system. Analysis of oil wells in-flow performance and actual production conditions are introduced to determine the actual relations between supply and discharge of oil wells, and choose the range and specification of screw pump discharge capacity, then, carry on necessary optimal design of sucker rod, drive equipment and life system. Comparing with the field data of energy consumption between oil production of screw pump and oil production of pumping unit , it formulates that the oil production technique of screw pump have good characteristic of energy-saving and cost-decreasing, and It provides an important path to deep well mid-quality oil development.
